The supplier payment is automatic, with no chance for review
If you choose to make supplier payments using the To Do List window, keep in mind that the transactions will be recorded automatically if you mark the Action column; you won't get a chance to review or change any of the payments before they're recorded. If you're not sure you want to make a supplier payment, click the zoom arrow next to the transaction to open the Pay Suppliers window to manually enter the payment so you have better control over the payment information than you would if you used the To Do List.
The bank account that will be used for all supplier payments using the To Do List window is the account listed in the Bank Account For Paying Purchases field of the Purchases Linked Accounts window.
