You can use Accounting to print many of your year-end tax forms and reports, including forms P14 and P60, and the P11 and P35 reports. Even if you e-file your year-end tax forms, you should always be sure to print these forms and reports before you finish your tax year and start a new one:
This will ensure that your records include up-to-date payroll and tax information. In addition, you must prepare copies of form P60 for each of your employees just before you finish the payroll year so that you can distribute the forms to your employees no later than 31 May.
You should always make a backup of your MYOB Accounting company file after printing these forms and before finishing the year. Once the year is finished, detailed payroll information is no longer available and P11, P14, P60 and P35 forms and other reports can't be printed for that year.
