Paying holiday pay

You can distribute holiday pay to your employees by paying them every pay period or in a lump sum.

• You can distribute holiday or sick pay wages that are paid every pay period by recording the amount of the pay in the Card Information window - Payroll Details view - Recurring Pay. The amount you enter will recur on every pay transaction until you edit the pay information in the Recurring Pay window.

• You can distribute holiday or sick pay entitlement wages in a lump sum on an employee's payroll transaction in step 2 of Process Payroll -- Review & Edit Paycheques.
