The checkbox Already Printed or Sent that appeared on sales has been replaced.

A new field has replaced the checkbox Already Printed or Sent; the new name for the field is Invoice Delivery Status. From a drop-down list you can choose To Be Printed, To Be Emailed, To be Printed & Emailed or Already Printed or Sent. (A Delivery Status option has been added for sales)

If a form (sale or quote) in your company file has the checkbox marked, when your company file is upgraded, the selection in the new field for the form will display "Already Printed". If a form (sale or quote) in your company file has the checkbox unmarked, when your company file is upgraded, the selection in the new field for the form will display "To be Printed". You can change the selection to To be Emailed or To be Printed and Emailed on individual sales.
