If you've worked with forms in an earlier version of MYOB FirstEdge, you're probably used to seeing the Forms Selection window every time you prepare to print a form. With MYOB FirstEdge Version 4, the forms delivery process has been streamlined to make the process of customising and delivering forms more like the report design and delivery process.
In MYOB FirstEdge Version 4, the Forms Selection window has been replaced with an "Advanced Filters" window. The new window provides all of the options that were available in the Forms Selection window, but it will appear only if you click the new "Advanced Filters" button on any "Review Form Before Delivery (or Printing)" window.
If you prefer to see the Advanced Filters window every time you prepare to deliver a form, the new preference to Always Display Advanced Filters Before Sending Forms will display the Advanced Filters window automatically before every "Review Form Before Delivery (or Printing)" window. (If you prefer, the Advanced Filters window will always display before you send forms)
