New features make designing custom forms easier and more efficient

Starting with a new Customise Forms option in the Setup menu that allows you to quickly find any form you want to customise, MYOB FirstEdge's enriched forms customization features make it easier than ever to create forms with look and content you want.

Select the data fields and columns to appear in any form by using the new Select From List window. Just mark or unmark the fields and columns you want to include in your form layout by clicking beside their names.

Use the new Toolbar in every form Customise window to create new text and data fields; add graphics; insert a line or rectangle; change default form fonts, margins and dimensions; reposition elements in front of or behind other elements; undo changes and preview how your printed custom form will look -- with point-and-click convenience.

Personalize your form designs with pictures in a wider range of graphic file formats, including .BMP, .GIF, .JPG (JPEG), .PNG, .TIF, .WMF and .ICO.

Enable the new grid display and `snap to grid' option to position form elements with greater accuracy.

Create a unique look by inserting a background image into your forms.

Add almost any color to field borders, backgrounds and text, and print your color customisations using a laser or inkjet printer.
