■ Check the import data log file for an explanation of why some records may have been skipped. The log file is automatically saved to your MYOB software installation folder as a .txt file. For example, you can find it at C:\Premier\MYOBPLOG.txt.The log file displays a numeric error or warning code for each imported record. At the bottom of the log file, there is a list of all errors and warnings issued and their meanings.Open your spreadsheet or database in a text editor (such as Notepad) or any other programme that allows you to save the data in a tab- or comma-separated file. Then import the file into your company file.
