Using MYOB Accounting Version 16, you can easily transfer line items entered on a sales quote or a sales order to a purchase order.
When you click the Create PO button in the sales quote or order window, the line items on the sales order/quote are automatically transferred to a purchase order.
Note: This feature isn't available for Time Billing sales.
You can use the Create PO feature while you're creating an order/quote or after you've recorded an order/quote. You can also use the Sales Register window to choose an order/quote and then use the Create PO feature.
